C S Johns has exceptional customer care and quality work! Although their store is not where my engagement ring was originally purchased, I came to them to see if they could help me with some repairs because I kept loosing stones from my band. After inspection and replacing stones, they informed me that the craftmenship of my ring was of poor quality and that I would continue to loose more stones. Since they knew i would continue to have problems with it, they offered me a solution to remake my entire ring for a reasonable price. Not only did my ring turn out beautiful but it was new and improved and they were even able to tweak the design to better suit my liking!! To this day I have not lost a single diamond since the redesign/remake! I was so pleased with how my ring turned out, I had them make me a custom wedding band to match it! I get so many compliments on it!!

They did an excellent job resizing a watch bracelet at a great price. The work was completed in a few minutes while I waited. I'd recommend them for this work.

Great work and finished very promptly!! I took a few rings in for sizing/repair and he did an amazing job!! Very reasonable prices. The location should be updated via the Uber app, it directs the driver to the old location across the street.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. Service is ALWAYS fantastic & I always find something I love. Matt has made special pieces for me, has sized things and made everything PERFECT. I have recommended the store to many of my friends and family over the years. A friend in TX sent an old conductors watch, which he had been told was not worth repairing & Matt had someone who could do the repairs without an issue! My list goes on and on as I trust no one else with my jewelry. Even after moving to NH, I send packages to him and he returns packages and orders that make me smile from ear to ear!

This place does wonderful work! I had my engagement ring sized down as it was too large. They had it done in about a week for only $30! The way they cleaned my ring really made it sparkle. I will definitely continue coming here as they do great work and have amazing staff.

Matt worked with my fiancé to customize a PERFECT engagement ring for me. My fiancé can’t talk more about how attentive and knowledgeable Matt was, and how seamless and easy the process was with him. I’m very lucky that he was in good hands, and I can’t wait to wear this ring forever!! I can’t stop staring, admiring, etc. it’s all that I’ve ever dreamed of (and more)! We went and got my ring resized, and he was so personable, timely, and professional. We will be heading to Matt for all future jewelry needs (and wants 😉)! Can’t recommend him enough!!

After my mischievous puppy decided to snack on my diamond hoop earrings, I thought they were done for. That is, until I took them into CS Johns. Olivia welcomed me into the store and originally looked at my earrings and said she would take them into the back to be looked at by Mark. He beautifully reshaped the gold to its original form and matched the missing diamonds perfectly to the originals. Excellent customer service and craftsmanship! I will definitely be back (hopefully under different circumstances!).

My fiancé worked with C.S. Johns to create a beautiful engagement ring! After purchasing the ring, we’ve taken it in a few times to get cleaned and checked on. They provide quick, friendly service and at a reasonable price! I recommend them to all my friends who are starting to look at engagement rings and will continue to do so.
